When developing on a nature-specific site, we bear the responsibility to make the most out of the location while integrating the design into its specific area.

Natulux project is located in Küçük Erenköy on a particular site which is an accurate seafront site placed over the cliff edge with a unique wide angle of 270 degrees. When you first step onto the site, the feeling you get is not one with a sea view from a distance but of being in or on the sea itself. The sense of blue has never been more profound any of the projects we have designed till now.

The exclusive 8 villas in the front line sits at the edge of the rocky cliff edge giving a sense of being located on the sea as opposed to looking at it from a distance. The appearance of villas from the private road at the back is of a single-floor bungalow, while in actual sense the bedroom floors are placed below the living spaces and pool located on the road level. The 3 ensuite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes open up to a lover garden in front of the sea, with amazing views of the sea in and out. The roof terrace adds the final touch with a 360 degrees view of the sea and the mountains at the back.

The second row of 5 duplex villas is located, with the help of the natural levels of the site, at the roof terrace levels of the first row enabling uninterrupted sea views like the front row. The back side land of Natulux is located on an elevated position with wide angle sea views on the west side overlooking a ravine and the fantastic sunset views over the sea.
